Sonoma Chicken Salad is just one of those things I crave on a hot summer day. I love this chicken salad because of the balance of the sweet and tangy dressing with the pops of grapes and the crunch of celery and pecans.
I smoke my chicken on my Traeger which adds another layer of flavor. But, you can use just about any kind of chicken you have on hand. Rotisserie chicken is a fabulous option.
Whip up a batch and watch it disappear. This doesn't last long in my house.
