Do you need help getting family meals on the table? Do you have a special event coming up and are looking for an in-home caterer? I would love to help you!
I have over 30 years of experience cooking for family and friends and have trained professionally at the Culinary Institute of America. I spent the early part of my career working in hotels and restaurants as a food server, manager and catering manager and in recent years worked as a Director of Corporate Events for several Fortune 500 companies.
As a private chef, I charge $75 per hour with a three-hour minimum. During that time, I can typically prepare two main dishes and two side dishes (appetizer, salad, side, or dessert) to feed a family of 4-6, one for that night and one for later in the week. You pay for the cost of the groceries. I can either shop for you (typically an additional hour of my time), or I can provide you a list and you can do the shopping. Catering jobs are quoted on an individual basis as each one is so unique.
Below you can find a list of the delicious items I can make for your family and guests along with a few mouthwatering photos to tempt your taste buds. This is not an exhaustive list and I am always willing to try new things.
